| | The villa is along the coast road S. Maria di Leuca-Otranto (2 Km from the old town of Santa Maria di Leuca), the southern area of Salento (Apulia) is characterised by high reef of rocks, which dive into the sea giving breathtaking panorama.
The impressiveness of the rocks, the beauty of the villa, the wonderful swimming pool and the blue of the sea make this villa absolutely unique.
The first week of November the tenants, at their own expenses, are allowed to pick up the olives, which are cultivated with a biological system, whose production of oil is between 20 and 50 lt.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people.
