| The Villa is located in Capilungo (Marina di Alliste). It is set in a central but peaceful area of the town. Surrounded by greenery (a private garden of 500 m²) the villa is only 100 metres from the sea, the promenade and a new cycle path. There are also a church and some shops about 200 metres away. There is a large portico for outdoor dining, a large sunbathing area, independent access and two uncovered parking spaces. The villa is fully enclosed, arranged over a single floor and can sleep up to 9 people.
