The "most southern point" of the salento area and of the whole of Puglia called "De Finibus Terrae" by the romans.
Currently among the favoured bathing destinations,
for its beauty as well as its sea,
and its mild climate, due to the fact that the summer starts in May and ends in late October.
The Leuca coastline is defined by high cliffs, numerous visitable caves and bays to dive in.
The villa is along the coast road S. Maria di Leuca-Otranto (2 Km from the old town of Santa Maria di Leuca), the southern area of Salento (Apulia) is characterised by high reef of rocks, which dive into the sea giving breathtaking panorama.
The impressiveness of the rocks, the beauty of the villa, the wonderful swimming pool and the blue of the sea make this villa absolutely unique.
The first week of November the tenants, at their own expenses, are allowed to pick up the olives, which are cultivated with a biological system, whose production of oil is between 20 and 50 lt.

Bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower.
The apartment can accommodate up to 9 people:
- 2 people in the double bedroom at the ground floor;
- 2 people in the bedroom with 2 single beds at the ground floor;
- 2 people in the living room at the ground floor;
- 2 people in the double bedroom in the underground floor;
- 1 person in the bedroom with a single bed in the underground floor.
Equipment: panoramic terrace with wonderful view on the Adriatic Sea; garden of 2300 Sqm, with 30 olive trees, large local-stone paved spaces with garden furniture, solarium, private swimming pool, orchard, covered and uncovered parkingplaces.
