The villa is arranged over two floors.
First floor: double bedroom with air-conditioning, second bedroom with two beds and air-conditioning, small bathroom, large terrace with a sea view.
Ground floor: kitchen with fireplace with wood and gas cylinders, bathroom without window and shower with water-heater and washing machine, lounge with TV and a reading area. The outdoor area consists of a garden of 300 m² with a gazebo of about 20 m², furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining during the day and evening. Outdoor shower and barbecue, sea view. Direct access to the beach (public beach).
The flat can accomodate up to 6 people:
- 2 people in the first double-bedded room
- 2 people in the second double-bedded room
- 2 people in the living room.
Supplied: 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, moka machine (coffee maker) TV, washing machine, clothshorse, air conditioning, gazebo and garden of 300 m², direct access to the sea (land), outside parking.
Unsuitable for customers: disabled people, with animals
