Gallipoli, on the Ionic sea, is found on the western shore of the Salentine peninsula, in the Gulf of Taranto.
A characteristic of the city is its clear division in two parts:
the "old city " and the "new area ". The storic center is filled with antique contructions and is located on a calcium island connected to the mainland with a walled bridge.
Around the year 1500 the great perimiter walls were built, to withstand enemy attack, adjusted in height, towards the end of the 1800’s, to reach the current panoramic road, which encircles the whole island, allowing views of the fantastic scenery.
The villa is a typical Salentine house. It is situated in "Chiesa Nuova" renovated and extended recently, respecting all the characteristics of the area. It has a large garden entirely fenced, which makes it a peaceful oasis that keeps you in contact with the nature and the stars.
The residence is near San Nicola at a distance of about 3 km from Gallipoli.

A villa divided on 2 levels:
Ground floor: entrance in the dining room with a corner kitchen, double bedroom with a fireplace and private bathroom with shower, lounge with a double sofa bed and a fireplace. Laundry room with a bathroom, shower and washing machine, terrace with table and chairs.
First floor: double bedroom with a large wardrobe, extra room with a double sofa bed, bathroom with bathtub, large balcony.
The apartment can can accomodate up to 8 persons:
- 2 persons in the double room on the ground floor;
- 2 persons in the double room on the first floor;
- 2 persons in the lounge;
- 2 persons in the extra room.
Supplied: kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, television and washing machine, private parking space, garden.
Pets are allowed.
