| Lido Rosy
Gallipoli, on the Ionic sea, is found on the western shore of the Salentine peninsula, in the Gulf of Taranto.
A characteristic of the city is its clear division in two parts:
the "old city " and the "new area ". The storic center is filled with antique contructions and is located on a calcium island connected to the mainland with a walled bridge.
Around the year 1500 the great perimiter walls were built, to withstand enemy attack, adjusted in height, towards the end of the 1800’s, to reach the current panoramic road, which encircles the whole island, allowing views of the fantastic scenery.
The appartments are located in one of the most beautiful areas of Gallipoli, characterised by stupendous beaches equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, restaurants, pizzerias.
Lido S. Giovanni is connected to Gallipoli by a lovely walk along the seafront, where you can find bars, stalls and roundabouts for children open until late in the evening.
The complex was completed in 2003 and is composed of terraced villas, each with it’s own private terrace.
The distance from the beach is about 200 m.
