Bacino Grande

Porto Cesareo, the antique "Portus Sasinae", thanks to its "natural harbour " which faces Isola Grande, also called Island of the Rabbits, is one of the most beautiful places along the salentine coast.
The entire area of Porto Cesareo has been made a "marine reserve " in 1997.
For years, Porto Cesareo, has used the sea (harbours and fishing) as its reason to exist which is why the local inhabitants are known in dialect as "li piscaturi" (the fishermen).
The apartment is located in the "Bacino Grande area " at roughly 2 km south of "Torre Lapillo" and 5 km to the north of Porto Cesareo.
Torre Lapillo is a small center of shops and fish markets, rich in free beaches and renowned bathing facilities. In this area all structures are located just a a few hundred of meters at the most from the beaches , the lidos are reachable by foot (50 m).

The villa is divided over two levels :
Ground floor: Garden and outer area for a total of 200 m², internal car space for 3 cars. Living-room with sofa bed, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: bathroom with bathtub, master bedroom, master bedroom with added bunk bed, bedroom with 2 single beds.
Second floor: terrace.

The apartment can accomodate up to 8 persons:

- 2 persons in the first master bedroom
- 2 persons in the second master bedroom
- 2 persons in the bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 persons on the sofa bed

Supplied: kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, TV, garden, terrace, parking space for 3 cars, barbeque.

Pets are allowed.
